Abstract

The advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution makes the era of information technology achieve a leap-forward development. In recent years, there are a great many of applications or products with AI technology that have been launched, on the other hand, many converged technologies, such as Big Data, Internet of Things, IoT, and Human-computer interaction, are also infiltrating the education industry. Since the early 20th century, when The Chinese scholar CAI Yuanpei put forward the concept of "aesthetic education", the education industry in China has been maintaining a high concern about this trend. In July 2021, China's Ministry of Education has issued a "double reduction policy" to effectively reduce the heavy homework burden and off-campus training burden for students in compulsory education. As a result, many integrated technology applications have penetrated into the art field little by little, coupled with the COVID-19 since early 2020, online music education has gradually increased. Taking it as the background, in the paper, the operation status of technology integrated online music education in the field of social education is made a study. First of all, under the theoretical background, the definition and characteristics of technology fusion music education are investigated, and the value of social education is combed. In addition, the basic development status of social music education in China is understood, at the same time, it also sorts out the operation mode and educational status quo of the representative institutions in the social music education based on technology integration, and expounds how to reflect and effectively realize the value of social education. Third, the need to improve the matters and development direction is put forward. In the study, taking the practical example of intelligent online music education in Chinese society as an example, the main development direction in the future is proposed, aiming to seek the all-round development of intelligent music education.
