중국 현대 도시 재개발에서 노점상 공간 실천의 논리에 관한 연구 ―중국 지난시濟南市 Y-상업거리를 중심으로―

도시에서 없어서는 안 될 중요한 부분인 노점상 집단은 도시 공공 공간 거버넌스 및 도시 공간 계획과 같은 다양한 요인에 의해 제약을 받아 공간적 실천이 다양한 정도로 제한되는 경우가 많다. 그러나 도시 공간에서 노점상의 실천 논리는 심도 있게 탐구할 가치가 있는 주제일 뿐만 아니라 도시 공간 거버넌스에 영향을 미치는 주요 이슈 중 하나이기도 한다. 이 연구는 비공식적 공간과 공식적 공간에서 노점상의 공간적 실천 논리를 심층적으로 탐구하는 것을 목표로 한다. 현장 관찰 및 반구조화 인터뷰와 결합된 질적 분석 접근법을 채택했다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 노점상들은 도시의 공식적인 공간 구성에 영향을 받으며 거리에서의 공간 실천은 많은 어려움과 장애물에 직면 해 있다. 둘째, 도시 공식 공간의 구성적 특성은 고정된 공급업체의 공간적 실천을 수동적으로 수용하는 상태로 만들어 환경 공간을 창의적으로 활용할 자유가 부족하다. 셋째, 고정 판매자와 노점상은 서로 다른 사회 집단에서 왔으며, 공간 실천의 논리가 서로 상호 작용하고 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 노점상들의 공간 실천 논리에 내재된 상업적, 관광적 가치가 더욱 확인되었으며, 그 실천의 메커니즘은 공식 공간의 건설을 촉진하고 영향을 미치는 중요한 계기이다.
Abstract
This study aims to deeply explore the spatial practice logic of vendors in informal and formal spaces. By adopting a qualitative analysis method, combined with field observation and semi-structured interviews. This study reveals the following key findings: first, street vendors are affected by the construction of urban formal space, and their spatial practices on the street face many difficulties and obstacles; second, the constructed characteristics of urban formal space make the spatial practices of fixed vendors more of a passive acceptance state and lack of freedom of creativity towards the environmental space; third, fixed and street vendors come from different social groups, and their spatial practice logics influence and interact with each other. fourthly, the commercial and tourism values embedded in the spatial practice logics of street vendors have been further confirmed, and their practice mechanisms have an important revelation role in promoting and influencing the construction of formal space.
