사용 상황 기반의 모바일 소프트웨어 사용성 품질 속성과 중요도 분석

본 연구에서는 모바일 소프트웨어를 개발할 때 사용성 품질 기준이 될 속성을 정의하는 것을 목표로 사용자들의 사용 목적과 방법 그리고 사용 환경 등의 사용 상황을 중심으로 가치를 분석하고 이들을 통하여 사용성 품질 속성을 정의한다. 그리고 모바일 소프트웨어를 개발할 때 충돌 해결을 위하여 품질 속성 간의 중요도와 상대적 우선순위를 측정하여 연관성을 분석한다.
Abstract
In this study, we aim to define the quality attributes of usability for developing mobile software. First, we analyze the user values based on the usage context such as the purpose, method and environment of usage. And we define quality attributes of usability based on these values. Finally, we analyze the correlation between quality attributes by measuring the relative importance and priority for resolving conflicts in developing mobile software.
