행정기관의 웹사이트는 국민의 공공정보 접근과 정책 참여의 핵심 수단으로 중요성이 나날이 높아지고 있다. 이에따라 최근 정부는 정부3.0 구현과 이용자 중심의 웹사이트 관리체계로의 전면 개선을 추진함으로써 자원과 서비스를 통합하고 정보접근성을 높여 웹사이트의 품질과 이용자의 만족도를 향상시키고자 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지자체의 웹사이트 통합이 웹사이트 품질의 향상을 통해 도정 신뢰도와 참여도에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위한 모델을 개발하고자 한다.
Abstract
his importance is increasing day by day as a key means of access to public information and participation in the Web sites of national policy administration. Accordingly, government seeks to improve quality of website and satisfaction of users by pushing the front to improve the implementation of the Government 3.0 and user-friendly website management system and improve information accessibility website. So, The aim of this study is to integrate the website of the municipality developed a model to analyze the impact of distance participation through improved reliability and quality of the website.
