정부 3.0의 추진방향은 공데이터 개방을 통해 민간의 창의적인 아이디어를 결합하여 가치 있는 일자리 창출과 경제적인 부가가치 창출을 목표로 하고 있다. 하지만 여전히 공공데이터의 접근 및 활용이 제한적이다. 또한 공공기관 정책담당자의 효율성 및 편의성을 위한 시스템 구축 방안의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 공공개방 빅데이터 서비스의 생성 및 운영 전 과정을 지원하는 아키텍처를 제안한다. 이를 통해 공공개방 데이터표준 아키텍처를 구축할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
The aim of governmental 3.0 is putting the commitment of 500 billion won resources by 2017, such as one-on-one personalized public services, data-based policy support. In addition, It aims to offer a reliable and efficient portal service beyond the simple service level. However, Access of public data and utilization are still limited. Also, The need for system construction plan for efficiency and convenience of the public institutions policy-makers are on the rise. This study suggests that service portal that can support the creation and whole process of operating of public open BigData service and an architecture that provides a physical platform. Public institutions can construct an infrastructure that can collect that data utilized for analysis and It are expected to organize stable and efficient infrastructure.
