현대의 전쟁은 네트워크 중심전(NCW)의 양상을 띠고 있다. 네트워크 중심전은 복합체계들이 네트워크에 가입하여 상호간에 정보와 서비스를 공유해야 한다. 또한, 효과성을 배가하기 위해 플랫폼간에 상호운용성 품질을 최상으로 유지하는 것이 필수이다. 데밍의 PDCA 이론과 국방 분야의 상호운용성 정책을 참고하여 지속적으로 상호운용성 품질을 보장할 수 있는 I-PDCA 기본 모델을 제시한다. 또한, I-PDCA 모델을 기반으로 한 상호운용성 품질관리 모델과 임무 및 점검요소를 제안한다.
Abstract
Present day warfare is exhibiting characteristics that resemble the NCW. NCW's purpose is to register into SoS across various networks and to share information and services among each other. Also in order to enhance its efficiency, it is necessary to maintain the quality of the interoperability among platforms. By referring to Deming's PDCA theory and military policies regarding interoperability, I-PDCA basic model that can insure long-term reliability is now presented. In addition, based on the I-PDCA model, interoperability quality control model, mission, and its checklist are also presented.
