빅데이터는 4차 산업혁명 주도의 주요 동인의 하나로써 세간의 관심이 매우 커지고 있다. 이에 따라 선진 각 국가들은 공공부분의 빅데이터 활용을 통한 대국민 및 기업에 대한 서비스를 위해 발 빠르게 준비하고 있다. 우리나라는 ICT 강국이면서 전자정부의 모범사례를 전 세계 최고 수준으로 평가받고 있다. 우리는 언제나 불가측성을 지닌 사회현상으로 인해 불안심리를 갖게 된다. 따라서 우리나라 전자정부는 사회 위기관리에 유연히 대처할 수 있는 정부의 역할이 필요하다. 본 논문을 통해 공공의 빅데이터 활용현상 문제점을 분석하고, 대국민 및 기업에 대한 행정서비스 실현을 위한 방안으로 전자정부의 역할로서 소임을 위해 몇 가지 정책을 제언하였다.
Abstract
Big Data is one of the main drivers of the 4th industrial revolution, and there is a growing interest among the public. As a result, advanced nations are rapidly preparing for the service of the people and corporations through the utilization of the Big Data of the public sector. Korea is an ICT powerhouse and the e-government best practices are rated as the best in the world. We always have anxiety due to the social phenomenon with irrationality. Therefore, the e-government in Korea needs the government's role to cope with social crisis management. In this paper, we analyze the problem of the use of Big Data in public and propose some policies to serve as the role of e-government as a way to realize administrative service for the people and enterprises.
