우리 군의 합동작전 6대 기능은 지휘통제, 정보, 방호, 화력, 이동/기동, 지속지원이다. 네트워크 중심 작전환경에서 효과적인 지휘통제를 위해서는 무기체계 간 상호운용성은 필수적 요소이다. 국방상호운용성 평가는 무기체계의 전 수명주기에 걸쳐 시행되고 있다. 국방상호운용성 평가의 계획, 분석 및 결과를 관리하기 위한 시스템이 국방상호운용성 지원시스템이다. 본 연구에서는 국방상호운용성 지원시스템이 직무수행에 영향을 미치는 성공요인에 관관 모형을 제시하고 분석하였다.
Abstract
The six functions for Joint operation of R.O.K are command & control, information, protect, Fire, movement/maneuver and sustainable support. For effective command & control in NCOE, interoperability between weapon systems is essential. Defense interoperability assessment is conducted throughout the life cycle. The defense interoperablilty support system is being used to plan, analyze and manage interoperability assessments. In this research, we presented and analyzed the success factors affecting the performance of the defense interoperablilty support system.
