Abstract
This study conducted descriptive statistics analyses of the usage status of 4th industrial revolution (4IR) technology and regression analyses on the productivity enhancement of 4IR technology. The utilization rate of 4IR technology is relatively higher in the service industry than in the manufacturing industry. Big data and cloud are popular technologies which are utilized simultaneously with other technologies, and the main purpose of using 4IR technology was product development. The production function estimation results imply that the productivity enhancement of 4IR technology is effective only in the case of large manufacturing firms.
