2000년대 이후 사이버 공간에 대한 활용이 폭발적으로 늘어남으로 인해 우리의 삶은 과거와 다르게 큰 발전을 거듭하고 있으나 사이버 범죄라는 신종 범죄가 증가하게 되는 계기가 되었다. 특히, 코로나19 이후 비대면 거래가 확대되고 IT기술을 활용한 범죄 수법이 발달함에 따라 금융기관과 직간접적으로 연관된 범죄가 전 세계적으로 증가하고 있으며, 이로 인한 피해자가 지속적으로 늘어나는 추세에 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 빅데이터 분석을 통해 국내 사이버 금융범죄의 현황을 이해하고 사이버 금융범죄를 예방하기 위한 방안에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 국내 사이버 금융범죄의 현황 분석을 위해 필요한 데이터를 수집하고, 파이썬의 pandas, matplotlib, seaborn 라이브러리를 사용하여 수집한 데이터를 분석하여 시각화를 수행한다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 사이버 금융범죄를 예방하기 위한 방안을 제시한다.
Abstract
Due to the explosive increase in the use of cyberspace since the 2000s, our lives have made great progress compared to the past, but it has also become an opportunity for a new type of crime called cybercrime to increase. In particular, as non-face-to-face transactions expand after COVID-19 and criminal methods using IT technology develop, crimes directly or indirectly linked to financial institutions are increasing worldwide, and the number of victims is continuously increasing. Accordingly, this study aims to understand the current status of domestic cyber financial crime through big data analysis and study ways to prevent cyber financial crime. We collect the necessary data to analyze the current status of domestic cyber financial crimes, and perform visualization by analyzing the collected data using Python's pandas, matplotlib, and seaborn libraries. Based on the analysis results, measures to prevent cyber financial crimes are presented.
