동아시아 국제분업의 재구조화:직접투자와 무역을 중심으로

동아시아 지역은 그동안 상호보완적인 생산요소를 지닌 국가들 사이에 생산활동의 지리적 재배치와 성장지역의 외연적 확대 그리고 산업구조의 재조정을 통해 자체 성장력을 강화해 왔다. 이러한 발전과정은 전통산업을 중심으로 산업 또는 제품의 생산주기와 비교우위에 따라 생산활동이 일본에서 신흥산업국, 아세안 일부국가, 중국으로 순차적으로 이전되는 패턴을 보여 왔다. 그러나 1990년대 중반 이후 동아시아의 산업구조가 기술집약산업으로 전환되면서 생산활동의 공간적 재배치는 세분화된 생산공정이 입지여건에 따라 어느 국가에나 거의 동시에 분산 이전되는 패턴으로 변화되고 있다. 그리고 세분화된 생산공정의 동시적인 지리적 분산 배치로 역내 그룹 간 수직적인 분업구조가 형성되어 생산공정 간, 그룹 간 수직적 산업 내 무역이 동아시아 역내에서 빠르게 진전되고 있다.
Abstract
East Asia reinforces a self-growth power by the geographical relocation of productive activity among the countries which have a complementary factors of production. This growth process of regional economic get accomplished by the successive transfer of industrial activity from Japan, ANICs, ASEAN 4 to China on the conception of comparative advantage and the product life cycle. But as a development of regional industries structure to a technology intensive industries, the spatial transfer of subdivided productive process is rapid and changes into the simultaneous dispersive transfer to all countries. This spatial transfer pattern also progresses the vertical intraindustry trade in East Asia according to the network of production and a vertical division of labour among the countries.
