본 연구는 청소년의 행복에 관한 척도 개발의 연구이다. 본 연구에서 행복이란 본질적으로 인간존재의 전이해(全利害)를 바탕으로 접근해야 하는 사회학적 질문으로서 인간의 외적, 내적, 영적 요인의 통합적이고 균형적인 조화를 통하여 형성되는 개념으로 정의되어 진다. 본 연구는 먼저 청소년 행복에 관한 기존의 연구의 종합적 성찰을 바탕으로 행복에 대한 척도를 제시하고자 한다. 행복의 척도 개발에 대한 연구는 다음과 같이 이루어진다. 그동안 청소년들의 행복을 측정하고 있는 대표적인 도구들 - ①주관적 안녕감, ②심리적 안녕감, ③영적 안녕감, ④ 한국청소년행복지수 - 의 문항을 통하여 총 123문항을 얻게 되었다. 그리고 전문가와의 면담(인터뷰)를 통한 내용 타당도 검사를 통하여 56문항을 삭제, 18문항을 수정한 내적(31문항), 외적(22문항), 영적(14문항) 요소의 분류체계를 갖춘 총 67개의 1차 예비 문항을 구성하였다. 그리고 전문가 집단의 델파이 조사 과정을 통하여 13문항을 삭제, 13문항을 수정한 내적(22문항), 외적(20문항), 영적(12문항) 요소의 분류체례를 갖춘 총 54개의 문항을 구성하였다. 구성된 문항의 신뢰도와 타당도와 요인분석을 위하여 경기도를 중심으로 총 143명의 청소년이 선정되었다. 그 결과 외적, 내적, 영적 요인에 이론적 바탕을 둔 5개의 요인 - 초월자 수용(6문항), 삶의 의미추구(8문항), 삶의 만족(5문항), 관계(4문항), 성취(4문항) - 으로 구성된 총 27문항의 청소년 행복의 척도가 완성되었다. 본 논문은 구분할 수는 있어도 분리할 수 없는 전인적 삶의 형성적 구조-틀의 개념에 바탕을 둔 통합적 행복에 대한 척도를 제시함으로서 청소년 문화 형성에 새로운 가능성 토대를 마련하고자 한다.
Abstract
This Purpose of the study was Development fo the Scale for Youth's Happiness. Happiness is substantially a sociological question that needs to be approached from the viewpoint of the total goodness and harmfulness of human being, thus this investigation defines it as a concept of wellness formed through balanced and coherent harmony of internal, external and spiritual components of human beings. This investigation, first of all, suggests the relational variables of the quality of life (happiness), using comprehensive reflections on established studies on the quality of life (happiness) of the youths. By proposing the relational variables of the quality of life (happiness) based on the concept of distinguishable but inseparable formational structure-frame of the Holistic life, this investigation aims to establish the new feasible foundation for the formation of youth culture.
