항공기 객실승무원의 셀프리더십 교수요목 요구분석

초록

코로나 19의 장기화로 인해 항공사들은 조직 구성원의 휴직을 실시하며 위기를 극복하고자 노력 중이다. 장기간 강제 휴업으로 인해 항공기 객실승무원들은 스스로 주체가 되어 자신의 행동을 관리 하는 셀프리더십 함양이 어느 때보다 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 항공기 객실승무원의 셀프리더십 기반한 교수요목을 개발하기 위해 전문가 집단과 현장에서의 요구분석 결과를 제안하고자 한다. 이 를 위해 문헌분석을 실시하였고 전문가들을 대상으로 2차 델파이 검증을 통하여 타당도 검증을 실시 하였다. 델파이 조사 결과 총 23개의 셀프리더십 관련 주요 변인이 도출되었으며 이를 토대로 항공 기 객실승무원을 대상으로 요구분석을 실시하였다. t검정 결과 본 연구에 참여한 항공기 객실승무원 의 셀프리더십 관련 모든 변인에 있어 바람직한 수준과 현재수준 간 유의한 차이가 있음이 나타났 다. 보다 자세한 연구결과를 위해 Borich 공식을 활용하여 우선순위를 도출한 결과 ‘우울-마음다스리 기’가 가장 높게 나타났다. 뒤를 이어 ‘자기관찰’, ‘자기관리’, ‘자아존중감’, ‘자기개발’, ‘회복탄력성’, ‘자 신감’ 순으로 나타났다. 다음으로 The Locus for Focus 모델에서는 ‘우울-마음다스리기, ‘자기관찰’, ‘자기 관리’, ‘자아존중감’, ‘자기개발’, ‘시간관리’, ‘회복탄력성’, 이 위치하여 우선순위가 가장 높은 변인으로 분석되었다. 이를 종합한 결과 ‘자기관리’, ‘자기관찰’, ‘자기개발’, ‘자아존중감’, ‘회복탄력성’, ‘우울-마음 다스리기’가 최우선 순위 프로그램으로 도출되었으며 다음 차순위로는 ‘시간관리’, ‘자신감’이 도출되었 다. 본 연구는 심각한 어려움을 겪고 있는 항공사에 조직원을 관리할 수 있는 방안으로 셀프리더십을 주목함으로써 직무만족 및 조직성과를 올릴 수 있는 방안을 제시했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다

Abstract

Due to Corona 19, airlines are trying to overcome the crisis by taking a leave of absence from their organizations. By the prolonged forced shutdown, it is important self-leadership for flight attendants to be self-directed and manage their behavior. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an outline program of instruction based on self-leadership for flight attendants by presenting the requirement analysis of expert group and flight attendants. To this end, it conducted literature reviews and verified the validity by carrying out the secondary Delphi survey targeting the experts. According to the result of the Delphi survey, a total of 23 major variables related to self-leadership were identified. Based on them, the requirement analysis was conducted through the questionnaire targeting the flight attendants. The result of t-test showed that there was a significant difference between the desired level and the current level of all the variables related to self-leadership program for flight attendants. According to the result of derivation of priority using Borich formula to obtain more details, Borich needs of “depression and mind control” was 5.78, which is the highest one, followed by “self-observation,” “self-management,” “self-esteem,” “resilience of recovery,” and “confidence.” In LFF, “depression and mind control,” “self-observation,” “self-management,” “self-esteem,” “self-development,” “time management,” and “resilience of recovery” appeared to be the top priority variables. These results showed that “self-management,” “self-observation,” “self-development,” “self-esteem,” “resilience of recovery,” and “depression and mind control” were deducted as the top priority programs, followed by “time management,” and “confidence”. This study is significant in that it has suggested ways to improve job satisfaction and organizational performance by paying attention to self-readership
