사이코드라마 주인공의 효율적인 선정 방식

본 연구는 사이코드라마 주인공을 효율적으로 선정하는 방식을 모색하기 위한 목적으로 사이코드라마 워크숍에 1회 이상 참여한 경험이 있는 101명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 얻은 결과다. 사이코드라마 참여자들이 어떤 주인공 선정방식을 선호하며, 각각의 선정방식이 가지는 장․단점이 무엇인지 살펴보았다. 이때 집단과 진행자의 입장으로 나누어 접근하였는데, 그 결과 양측 모두 주인공을 선정함에 있어서, 자발성․텔레․공감 등을 중요한 기준으로 삼고 있었다. 그뿐만 아니라 주인공에서 탈락한 후보자가 상처받는 것을 최소화하기 위해, 탈락한 후보와 나누기 시간을 가지도록 배려하거나 한 회기에 다수의 주인공을 채택하고 있었다. 이처럼 주인공 선정방식뿐만 아니라, 그 결과에 대한 사후 처리까지 사이코드라마의 기본 정신에 준하여 진행되고 있다는 결론을 얻었다.
Abstract
This study is to inquire into an efficient method to select psychodrama's protagonist. The questionnaire survey was carried out for 100 participants who had an experience of participation in a psychodrama workshop more than once. And additionally, the participants' preference in the selecting methods of the protagonist was examined out, and also the strengths and the weakness of the selecting methods were examined out. In view of the position of the group member and the producer, both the group member and the producer took the autonomy, tele, and sympathy as an important standard for the selecting method. It was found out that they had additional consulting time for the group members who were not selected as a protagonist, possibly dazed and hurt. And also they adopted a method to select members more than one as protagonists in a session. In conclusion, both the selecting method and the handling method of the selection result were being performed by the fundamental principes of psychodrama.
