본 연구는 공감능력 향상에 초점을 둔 부모교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 공감의 본질적 개념과 그 하위 구성요소에 대한 선행연구를 분석하여 공감능력향상을 위한 개념적 모형으로서 순환적 공감과정 모형을 개발하고, 이를 사이코드라마의 개념적 요소와 기법과 연계하였다. 이렇게 연계된 개념모델을 토대로 개발된 프로그램의 타당도와 전문성을 검토받기 위해 부모교육 전문가 6명, 사이코드라마 전문가 6명, 부모교육과 사이코드라마 전문가 6명의 구성 중 1인의 무응답으로 총17명의 응답을 회수하였다. 연구에서 개발된 프로그램의 각 회기별 활동 목표와 내용의 타당성 검증을 위해 델파이 조사의 폐쇄형 문항에 대해서는 기술통계(평균, 표준편차)를 실시하여 반응분포를 살펴보았고, 문항에 대한 타당도를 알아보기 위해 값, 합의도 그리고 수렴도를 산출하였다. 그리고 개방형 문항은 진술에 대한 내용분석을 하였다. 전문가 패널에게 실시한 1∼2차 델파이 조사를 통해 값, 합의도 그리고 수렴도를 살펴본 결과 모두 유의미한 수준에서 검증되었다. 이와 같이 최종적으로 합의한 결과와 2차 프로그램에 대한 델파이조사에서 패널들이 제시한 프로그램 방향성에 대한 의견들을 중심으로 프로그램 활동목표와 내용을 수정･보완하여 최종 부모대상 공감프로그램을 완성하였다.
Abstract
This study developed a parent education program focusing on the improvement of empathy ability and verified its validity. For this purpose, this study developed a cyclic empathy process model as a conceptual model for the improvement of empathy ability, analyzing the preceding studies of the essential concept of empathy and connected it with the conceptual elements and techniques of psychodrama. To get the review of the validity and expertise of the program developed based on the connected conceptual model, this study conducted a survey with six parent education experts, six psychodrama experts, and six parent education and psychodrama experts, and one person did not respond, so this study collected 17 persons’ responses. To verify the validity of the activity goals and contents by each session of the program developed in the study, for closed questions in the Delphi survey, this study examined response distributions, conducting descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) to examine the distribution of responses, and , the degree of agreement, and the degree of convergence were calculated to examine the validity of the questions. Also, for open questions, content analysis of the statements was conducted. As a result of the examination of , the degree of agreement, and the degree of convergence through the first and second Delphi surveys conducted with the expert panels, all were verified at a significant level. The program activity goals and contents were revised and supplemented, centering around the results finally agreed upon and opinions on the program direction presented by the panels in the Delphi survey of the secondary program like this to complete the final empathy program for parents.
