본 논문은 사이코드라마에서 놀이가 갖는 중요성에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. ‘놀이’는 사이코드라마의 원래 이념을 잘 표현하는 개념이면서 기법적으로 사이코드라마를 확대 발전 시킬 수 있는 중요한 요소이다. 이 논문에서는 ‘놀이’의 본질과 특성을 알아보고 사이코드라마내에서 놀이적 기법들을 고찰해보았다. 놀이는 다른 정신적 언어로 보충하고 설명할 수 없는 그 자체의 고유한 의미를 가지고 있다. 또한 자발성, 자기 목적성, 그리고 일상생활과 단절된 시공간속에서 이루어진다는 특징을 갖고 있어 놀이자체가 사이코드라마의 특징과 유사함을 보여주고 있다. 자발성, 잉여현실, as-if, 역할놀이, 워밍업 등은 사이코드라마에서 활용되는 중요한 놀이적 요소들이다. 또한 사이코드라마적인 놀이가 가져야 할 특성으로서 한국적 놀이에서 중요한 ‘판’과 ‘난장’의 개념을 추가하여 고찰하였다.
Abstract
This article studied the importance of play in the psychodrama. play is the appropriate word revealing psychodrama’s ideology and key factor developing the technique of psychodrama. So this article studied the meaning and characteristics of play. The play’s characteristics are spontaneity, self-centered meaning and unrealistic isolated time-space. These are like psychodrama’s factor. Also spontaneity, surplus reality, as-if, role play and warming up are important technique of play in the psychodrama. The author added the concept of ‘Pan’ and ‘orgy’ to the characteristics of psychodramatic play.
