해병대 병사의 군생활 적응을 위한 교류분석 집단상담 프로그램 효과성 연구

본 연구의 목적은 교류분석(Transactional Analysis; TA) 집단상담이 해병대 병사의 군 생활적응에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 프로그램의 효과성 검증을 위해 Wilcoxon Matched- Pairs Signed-Ranks Test와 Mann-Whitney U Test가 활용되었다. 참가신청자 30명을 실험집단(15명), 통제집단(15명)에 각각 무선 배정하여, 사전･사후검사를 실시하였다. 실험집단은 각 회기별 120분씩 1일 8시간 3일 동안 총 12회기로 제공되었다. 연구 분석결과, 집단상담에 참여한 실험집단 대상자들은 군 생활적응에 긍정적으로 효과가 나타났다. 이것은 여러 가지 급변하는 어려운 한계 속에서 해병대 병사의 군 생활적응의 갈등과 정서적, 심리적 부분을 다루는 관련 임상실천 현장에서 활용가능성을 제시하는 데에 의의와 큰 성과라 할 수 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of transactional analysis group counselling on military life adjustment for marine corps. The Wilcoxon Matched- Pairs Signed-Ranks Test and Mann-Whitney U Test were used.. 30 participants were randomly assigned to the experimental group(15) and the control group(15); and pre and post test were administered. The experimental group participated sessions for 3 days, 8 hours per day, 120 minutes per session. The result revealed that TA group counselling positively influenced on the military life adjustment for marine corps. This study showed that this program can be used in practical and clinical fields, especially for marine corps to better adjust in military life and resolve conflicts including emotional and mental problems in such rapidly changing environments.
