초록

본 연구는 동료 상담병 양성을 위한 집단상담 프로그램 개발과 문제해결 능력 및 의사소통 기술에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 프로그램은 총 4회기로 대인관계 기술과 상담교육으로 구성되었고, 1회당 90분으로 진행되었다. 연구 참여자는 총 52명으로 실험집단 37명, 통제집단 15명이다. 참여자는 실험집단과 통제집단(교육)으로 무작위로 배정되었다. 프로그램의 효과성을 살펴보고자 ANOVA, Paired t-test, Cohen's d를 실시하였다. 본 연구결과 실험집단은 통제집단보다 문제해결 능력과 부정적인 문제해결 능력의 향상됨을 나타냈다. 실험집단의 참여자들은 비판적 사고능력의 향상도 나타냈다. 본 연구는 건강한 군 생활의 형성과 군 생활 스트레스 예방에 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is developing a group counseling program for peer counselors and effectiveness of problem solving skill, communication skill. The program were consisted of interpersonal relation and counseling education. program were consisted of 90 minutes of each session and total of 4 sessions. The subjects of the study were 52 soldiers(37 soldiers were experimental group, 15 soldiers were control group). Participants were randomly assigned to the experimental group or the control group(education). ANOVA, Paired t-test, Cohen's d is used to test the effectiveness of group counseling program. The result of study showed that participants in the experimental group exhibited more increase in problem-solving skills and negative Problem solving. In particular, in experimental group is showed improvement of critical thinking. It suggests can contribute to the formation of a healthy military lifestyle and prevention of military life stress. This paper ends with implications and limitations of the current study.
