사이코드라마를 통한 불안정애착 유형 대학생들의 변화경험

본 연구의 목적은 사이코드라마 프로그램에 참여한 불안정 애착 유형 대학생들의 변화경험을 심층적으로 탐색하고, 변화경험의 주관적 의미와 패턴을 알아보는데 있다. 총 17명의 불안정애착 유형 대학생들을 대상으로 10회기의 사이코드라마를 실시하였고, 참여자들의 사이코드라마 경험에 대한 보고서, 개별 심층면담 자료, 회기녹화 자료를 분석하였다. 다각적 접근법을 적용한 질적 사례 분석 결과 불안정 애착유형 대학생들이 사이코드라마를 통해 총 4개 패턴에서 변화경험을 하였다는 것이 포착 되었다. ⓛ 자기인식의 측면에서는 ‘부정적 자기표상’에서 ‘긍정적 자기표상’으로, ② 타인인식의 측면에서는 ‘부정적 타인표상’에서 ‘긍정적 타인표상’으로, ③ 정서적 측면에서는 ‘낮은 정서지능’에서 ‘높은 정서지능’으로, ④ 대인관계의 측면에서는 ‘폐쇄적, 회피적 관계’에서 ‘개방적, 친밀한 관계’로의 변화 경험을 하였다는 것이 탐색되었다.
Abstract
Purpose. Using a qualitative case study method, this study examined how undergraduates with insecure attachment type are changed thorough a psychodrama program and explored a growth mechanism found in the participation in psychodrama by analyzing subjective meanings and change patterns of the experiences. Methods. A total of 17 college students with insecure attachment type participated in in-depth interviews. Results. The change can be categorized into four patterns: ⓛ change from ‘negative self-representation’ to ‘positive self-representation’ in terms of recognition of themselves; ② change from ‘negative other-representation’ to ‘positive other-representation’ in recognition of others;③ change from ‘low emotional intelligence’ to ‘high emotional intelligence’; and ④ change from ‘closed/avoidant relationship’ to ‘open/intimate relationship’ regarding personal relationships with others. Conclusion. The growth mechanism observed in the insecure attachment college students indicated that the participants’ psychological well-being was achieved by group dynamics, interrelationship within the group, emotional purification and fulfillment of their own desires, and new perception, understanding of themselves and others, vitality, and extension of the selves.
