고등학생이 지각한 사회적지지가 진로적응성에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본과 미래지향시간관의 매개효과

초록

본 연구의 목적은 고등학생이 지각한 사회적지지와 진로적응성의 관계에서 긍정심리자본과 미래지향시간관 간의 구조적 관계를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 대전지역 소재 인문계 고등학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이 중 874명의 자료가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 19.0과 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 구조방정식 모델 절차에 따라 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 사회적지지는 긍정심리자본, 미래지향시간관에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본과 미래지향시간관은 진로적응성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 긍정심리자본과 미래지향시간관은 사회적지지와 진로적응성간의 관계를 매개하는 유의미한 매개변인으로 확인되었다. 결론적으로 고등학생의 진로적응성 수준의 향상을 위해서는 사회적지지와 같은 환경적 요인과 긍정심리자본, 미래지향시간관과 같은 개인적 요인이 함께 다루어져야 하는 중요한 변임임을 시사한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

Abstract

he purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship of social support, career adapt-abilities, positive psychological capital, future time perspective. Survey were completed by high school student in Daejeon, and 874 students were included in the final analysis. The collected data were analyzed in accordance with the Structural Equation Model Procedure using SPSS Ver. 19.0 and AMOS Ver. 18.0. The major findings were as follows: First, social support affects positive psychological capital, future time perspective directly. Second, positive psychological capital and future time perspective is affects career adapt-abilities directly. Third, there was partial mediation function effect of positive psychological capital and future time perspective in the relationship between social support and career adapt-abilities. In conclusion, in order to improve the career adapt-abilities of high school students, it is suggested that environmental factors such as social support, personal factors such as positive psychological capital, and future time perspective are important factors. Based on these findings, Discussion of the significance and limitation of the present study and directions for future research are also presented.
