본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 학생선수의 지도자에 대한 신뢰가 성취목표지향성에 미치는 영향을 탐색함과 더불어 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과와 진로성숙도의 조절된 매개효과를 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 대구지역 소재 고등학교 운동부에 소속한 학생 231명이다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고등학교 학생선수의 지도자신뢰는 성취목표지향성에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고등학교 학생선수의 진로결정자기효능감은 지도자신뢰와 성취목표지향성의 관계에서 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 고등학교 학생선수의 지도자에 대한 신뢰는 성취목표지향성에 직접 영향을 미치기도 하지만, 진로결정자기효능감을 매개하여 영향을 미치기도 한다는 점을 의미한다. 셋째, 고등학교 학생선수의 진로성숙도는 지도자에 대한 신뢰와 성취목표지향성 간의 관계에서 조절적 작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 고등학교 학생선수들의 지도자에 대한 신뢰가 성취목표지향성에 정적 영향을 미치는데, 이 과정에서 진로성숙도가 높을수록 성취목표지향성은 더욱 높아짐을 의미한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the moderated mediating effect of career maturity on the relationship between trust in coaches, career decision-making self-efficacy, and achievement goal orientation among high school student-athletes. The study participants were 231 high school student-athletes from sports teams in Daegu. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 28.0 and PROCESS Macro 4.0. The key findings of this study are as follows. First, trust in coaches among high school student-athletes had a significant positive effect on achievement goal orientation. Second, trust in coaches had both direct and indirect effects on achievement goal orientation, with career decision-making self-efficacy serving as a mediator. This finding suggests that while trust in coaches directly influences achievement goal orientation, it also exerts an indirect effect through career decision-making self-efficacy. Third, career maturity was found to moderate the relationship between trust in coaches and achievement goal orientation. Specifically, the positive effect of trust in coaches on achievement goal orientation was stronger when career maturity was high. These findings highlight the importance of fostering both trust in coaches and career maturity to enhance achievement goal orientation among high school student-athletes.
