차세대 영재 기업인의 진로유지에 대한 사회인지요인들의 영향

이 연구는 차세대 영재기업인 교육을 수료한 학생을 대상으로 진로유지에 대한 사회인지요인(자기효능감, 결과기대, 흥미, 사회적 지지, 사회적 장애)들의 영향을 구명하는 것이었다. 자료수집에 사용된 측정도구는, 진로유지와 전공 관련 자기효능감, 결과기대, 흥미, 사회적 지지, 사회적 장애 척도로 구성된 질문지였으며, 기술통계 및 경로분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인적 변인으로서 자기효능감과 흥미보다는 결과기대가 진로유지의도에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 차세대 영재기업인의 자기효능감과 결과기대에 미치는 환경적 변인으로는 사회적 장애보다 사회적 지지가 더 큰 영향력을 가짐을 확인할 수 있다. 셋째, 차세대 영재기업인의 환경적 변인은 모두 진로유지의도에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있다. 연구의 결과를 살펴보면, 특히 사회적 지지는 차세대 영재기업인의 진로유지의도에 큰 영향을 미치는 반면 사회적 장애는 상대적으로 진로유지의도에 큰 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to effect of social cognitive factors(self-efficacy, outcome expectation, interests, social supports, social barriers) on the career persistence of students who were admitted to the gifted enterprisers of the next generation in KAIST and POSTECH. The subjects for the study were 214 students. A survey questionnaire was used to measure the variables of this study. The statistical method employed was mean, standard deviation, correlation, and path analysis. First, the outcome expectation had a greater effect on career persistence in students who were admitted to the gifted enterprisers of the next generation than self-efficacy and interest. Second, social supports had a greater effect on self-efficacy and outcome expectation in students who were admitted to the gifted enterprisers of the next generation than social barriers. Third, all contextual factors of students who were admitted to the gifted enterprisers of the next generation had effect on major persistence.
