These days online educational system is applied in many areas of education because it can be used anytime and anywhere. And it has already been used to complement the defects of the offline educational system. But it cannot still enhance the merits of the face-to-face in the offline educational system and raise the efficiency of the education with only online data base. To make up for these defects, we apply the face detection and recognition method. But in the existing researches, they often failed the face detection and recognition because of the light. So in this study, I would like to suggest the way that this system recognize the condition of light automatically and perform the optimal face detection and recognition. And I would like to introduce another way so that Japanese information would not be broken for making Japanese online education system. With this system we can expect to enhance the merits of the face-to-face of the offline educational system and raise the efficiency of the online education system
Abstract
