‘跟구문’ 교수요목 보완에 관한 제언

본 연구는 중국어 상용 문법항목의 하나인 ‘跟구문’의 다양한 기능에 대해 국내 학습자들이 대체로 제한적이고 부정확하게 이해하고 있고, 이는 ‘跟구문’의 제한적 사용(회피책략)과 다양한 오류 유발의 원인이 될 수 있다는 점을 전제하고 논의를 시작하였다. 그리고 ‘跟구문’에 대한 우리 학습자들의 제한적이고 부정확한 이해와 사용은 종래의 문법교재를 중심으로 한 여러 유형의 중국어 교재에서 전면적인 용법과 의미에 대해 교육내용으로 제시하지 않은, 다시 말해 정확하고 적절하게 교육되지 못한 일종의 교재에 의한 오도의 결과로 판단하였다. 학습자들에게 투입되지 않은 교육내용은 이해될 수도 없고 산출될 수도 없기 때문이다. 본 연구의 핵심내용은 한 마디로 우리 학습자들에게 ‘跟구문’과 관련하여 보다 ‘완전’하고 ‘정확’한 문법교수요목이 제시되어야 학습자들이 현재 범하고 있거나 향후 범하게 될 잠재적 문법오류가 줄 수 있음을 주장하는 데 있다. ‘跟구문’ 교수요목에서 주로 보완되어야 할 점은 ‘跟구문’의 구조 형식인 ‘X+跟Y+VP’에서 의미자질 [±동작성], [±상호성] 등에 따른 ‘VP’의 유형 분류와 ‘X’, ‘Y’가 ‘VP’에 참여하는 방식, 역할, 지위에 따른 ‘X’, ‘Y’ 위계 분류 및 규정에 관한 내용을 중심으로 논의해 보았다.
Abstract
This study is based on the hypothesis that the understanding of the frequently used ‘跟 phrase’ by learners in Korea is generally limited and inaccurate, and this leads to an avoidance strategy and grammatical errors in the use of the ‘跟 phrase’. In this study, it is viewed that the lack of understanding and misuse of ‘跟 phrase’ is caused by insufficient education of the phrase because without a proper implementation, the learners would not be able to understand or use them. I will argue that a thorough and clear teaching outline needs to be set and provided in order to reduce grammatical errors in use of ‘跟 phrase’. The current status of Korean Chinese learners’ use of ‘跟 phrase’, which is the starting point of this study, is based on my personal field education experience, and it is difficult to say that the overall and objective use of Korean Chinese learners is accurately presented. To this end, it is regrettable that it was not possible to dataize and present the usage patterns of learners for a longer period of time in the form of a survey.
