This study developed a systematic and standardized intercultural competence education program as communication and exchange with intercultural people rapidly increase due to the development of digital technology following the 4th Industrial Revolution. Research developed intercultural competence education programs based on literature reviews and expert opinions. This education program was developed as a professional and systematic intercultural competence education program that improves communication skills by comparing, accepting, understanding and discovering cultures. As a result of the research, it is expected that intercultural competence education programs will be developed properly and that intercultural competence will be improved through effective and efficient operation, which will have a positive impact on practical teaching methods and utilization materials.
Abstract
