본 연구에서는 자손대대로 물려주어야 할 우리의 소중한 유산에 대한 보호 및 보존을 위하여 기존에 위험에 처한 자연유산을 중심으로 훼손 및 파괴의 문제점을 파악하고, 또한 복원을 위한 각국의 대책을 분석함으로써 관광객체인 관광자원의 개발에 있어서 세계자연유산에 대한 환경 및 생태적인 관점에서 보호 및 보존하는 방안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 유산이 위험에 처했던 일차적인 원인을 분석해보면 내전 또는 무장단체, 원주민의 활동, 행정력 부재와 광산 및 생태계 파괴 등으로 분류되었다. 위험에 처한 세계유산들의 특징은 기본적으로 자연환경과 생태계의 파괴가 주요 원인이지만, 궁극적인 원인은 세계유산에 대한 전 세계인 특히 저개발 국가의 인식부족이 가장 크다. 많은 국제기구들이 자연보존을 위하여 노력하고 있지만 현재까지 복원 중에 있는 유산들을 소유한 국가들의 가장 큰 문제는 정치 불안에 따른 국력의 약화로 기금 조성이 가장 우선적으로 필요하다. 전 세계인의 많은 관심과 지지가 필요하다.
Abstract
This study was analyzes to the issues of the World Natural Heritage in the Danger in the center of a natural environment and ecosystem destruction. With analyzing of the measure of the restoration, the study aims to make an alternative plan for heritage’s protection and preservation in view of the environment and ecosystem. According to analyze a primary threatening result in the Danger Heritage, it is as follows; a civil war or armed group, a settlement of the natives, an absence of authorities, a mining activity and an ecosystem damage. Feature of the World Heritage which are placed dangerously basically the destruction of natural environment and ecosystem is primary reason. But the ultimate cause is absent to the concern about the World Heritage of an underdeveloped country. The many international organizations are endeavoring for a natural preservation, until currently the most issues of the many nations which are restoring the Danger Heritage is necessary to help a trust fund because of weakening the national power which follows political insecure. Is thought with the fact that the we will be necessary to many interest and support.
