대학무용연구소의 활성화 방안 연구: 전문가 FGI를 중심으로

This study researched cases of invigorating extant university-associated dance institutes and conducted an open-ended FGI survey of 8 specialists applying 5 policy elements: funding, development, training, infrastructure, and laws. The result of FGI suggested project expansion supported by central and local government; network share system among institutes at government level; training of professionals for programming; new production form and job creation in arts & culture education; online operation of public agencies based on local government; and increase of cultural enjoyment in cultural welfare. In conclusion, university-associated dance institutes should work more systematically their own through cooperation with a community, as well as become self perpetuating in order to invigorate themselves. Furthermore, value should be added aspects of nation, using interest in cultural enjoyment driven by the community and social background.
