이 연구의 목적은 서울온수산업단지를 사례로 노후산업단지의 경관 특성을 고찰하는 것이다. 서울온수산업단지의 경관은 첫째, 노후화된 산업단지 기반시설과 공장의 경관, 둘째, 소필지화로 분할된 영세공장의 경관, 셋째, 경기도 부천시 관할지역 중심의 신축 공장과 지식산업센터 경관으로 유형을 구분할 수 있다. 이 경관의 유형들은 서울온수산업단지의 토지이용규제, 공장 건축물의 재생, 기계업종 중심의 수도권 산업 집적의 상호작용 결과로 볼 수있다. 향후 서울온수산업단지의 활성화를 위해서는 입주기업들의 경쟁력 강화와 자생능력 향상에 초점을 둔 물리적시설의 재생이 필요하다.
Abstract
The aim of this article is to examine the landscape characteristics of old industrial complexes, using the Seoul Onsu Industrial Complex as a case study. The landscape of the Seoul Onsu Industrial Complex can be categorized into three types. Firstly, the landscape of decrepit infrastructure of industrial complex and factories. Secondly, the landscape of small-scale factories fragmented due to plot subdivision. Lastly, the landscape of newly constructed factories and knowledge industry centers in the core areas under the jurisdiction of Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do. These landscape types can be viewed as the outcomes of the interaction between the regulations of land use in the Seoul Onsu Industrial Complex, the regeneration of factory buildings, and the concentration of machinery industries in the metropolitan area. For the future revitalization of the Seoul Onsu Industrial Complex, a built environmental regeneration focused on enhancing the competitiveness of residential companies and improving their self-sustainability is required.
