본 연구는 전통마을의 풍수적 환경을 택리지의 구분을 활용하여 전통마을의 지속성 특히 종택 유지 여부에미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 종택 유무에 따라 22개 전통마을을 연구대상으로 선정하고, 전통마을의 입지를 地 理條 卜居總論에서 언급한 山勢, 野勢, 水勢로 구분하여 측정하였다. 연구 결과 종택이 유지되고 있는 마을의 가장 큰 특징은 수구관쇄를 이루어 물 흐름이 천천히 흐를 수 있는 형태의 지형을 이루고 있었다. 또한 내외명당을 넓게 유지하고 있고 평탄한 지형에 위치하고 있어 경제적인 부분에서 유리한 것으로 보인다. 또한 일조시간 또한 많은것으로 측정되었다. 본 연구는 전통마을의 환경입지를 풍수적으로 분석하여 지속성(종택 유무)의 관련성을 연구한 것으로 신도시 입지 선정 시 풍수적 환경을 고려하여 지속 가능한 도시형성에 영향을 줄 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
This study empirically analyzed the effect of the feng shui environment of the traditional village on the continuity of the traditional village, especially whether or not to maintain the head house, by utilizing the classification of the land. Twenty-two traditional villages were selected as subjects of study according to whether or not there was a head house, and the location of the traditional villages was measured by classifying them into mountain strength, wild strength, and water strength mentioned in the geography survey. As a result of the study, the biggest feature of the village where the head house is maintained is that it forms a topography in which the water flow can flow slowly by forming a culvert pipe. In addition, it seems to be advantageous in terms of economy because it maintains a wide indoor and outdoor sanctuary and is located on a flat terrain. In addition, the amount of sunlight was also measured as high. This study analyzes the environmental location of traditional villages in terms of feng shui and studies the relevance of continuity (whether there is a family house or not).
