현대무용 전공대학생의 지도자 신뢰와 만족에 라포형성이 미치는 영향

Abstract

This study conducted a survey of 166 college students majoring in contem- porary dance nationwide, and factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using the SPSS 18.0 statistical program. It was found that common background behavior, polite behavior, and information- sharing behavior, which are the sub-variables of rapport, had a positive effect on the sincerity and ability of leadership trust, and that common background behav- ior, polite behavior, and information-sharing behavior, which are the sub-variables of Rapo, also had a positive effect on external and intrinsic factors of leadership satisfaction. Based on the results of this study and previous studies, the following conclusions were presented. It was suggested that a professional education cur- riculum using Rapo should be developed and applied systematically, and that a workshop and professional development program should be prepared to strength- en leaders' rapport-forming skills and communication capabilities at the university and department level.
