폴리텍대학 교수의 변혁적 리더십이 학생들의 학습성과에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개 효과

본 연구는 한국폴리텍대학 충남지역 교수들의 변혁적 리더십이 학생들에게 자기효능감을 통하여 학습성과에 미치는 영향력에 대하여 검증하였다. 연구 목적 수행을 위하여 실증적인 연구 방법으로 폴리텍 재학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 2023년 11월부터 2024년 5월까지 7개월 동안 실시하여 유효 응답 140부를 대상으로 데이터를 분석하였다. 데이터는 SPSS 18.0 통계분석 프로그램을 활용하였다. 독립변수는 변혁적 리더십으로 하위 요인은 이상적 영향력, 개별적 배려, 영감적 동기화로 구성하고 종속변수는 학습성과로 매개변수는 자기효능감으로 연구 모형을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 변혁적 리더십은 자기효능감, 학습성과에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 자기효능감은 변혁적 리더십과 학습성과에 부분적인 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 폴리텍 교수의 변혁적 리더십이 직접적으로나, 간접적으로 재학생들에게 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다.
Abstract
This study verified the impact of the transformational leadership of professors at Korea Polytechnics in the South Chungnam region on students' learning outcomes through self-efficacy. The research model was verified using transformational leadership as the independent variable, learning outcomes as the dependent variable, and self-efficacy as the mediating variable. The results showed that transformational leadership had a direct effect on self-efficacy and learning outcomes. Self-efficacy was found to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and learning outcomes. Therefore, it was confirmed that the transformational leadership of polytechnic professors had a significant direct and indirect impact on students
