중국 대학교 교양과목 교수의 변혁적 리더십이 학생의 학습 몰입 및수업 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 사회적 지지의 조절 효과

본 연구는 중국 교양 과목 교수의 변혁적 리더십이 학습 몰입과 수업 만족도에 미치는 영향과 이에 대한 사회적 지지의 조절 효과를 조사한 실증 연구이다. 연구 결과, 중국 교양과목 교수의 변혁적 리더십은 학습 몰입과 수업 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 변혁적 리더십이 학습 몰입과 수업 만족도에 미치는 영향은 사회적 지지의 수준에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 사회적인 지지는 변혁적 리더십과 학습 몰입 및 수업 만족도 간의 관계를 개선하거나 강화 하는 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 교양 과목 교수들은 변혁적 리더십을 키우는 데 노력할 뿐만 아니라, 학생 들에게 사회적인 지지를 제공하고 학생들 간의 긍정적인 관계 형성을 촉진해야 한다. 이를 통해 학습 몰입과 수업 만족 도를 높일 수 있으며, 교육 기관은 교수와 학생들 간의 상호작용을 지원하고 교육적 환경을 향상시키는 데 더욱 투자할 필요가 있다. 이러한 노력은 중국의 교육 시스템에서 더 나은 학습 경험을 제공하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.
Abstract
This empirical study investigates the influence of the transformative leadership of Chinese liberal arts professors on studentship of Chinese liberal arts curse satisfaction, as well as the moderating effect of social support. Transformative leadership has a positive effect on learning engagement and course satisfaction. Furthermore, this effect can vary depending on the level of social support, which plays a key role in improving the relationship between transformative leadership and learning engagement/course satisfaction. Therefore, liberal arts professors in China should not only strive to cultivate transformational leadership but also provide social support to students and encourage the formation of positive relationships among students. This can lead to increased learning engagement and course satisfaction. Educational institutions should invest more in supporting interactions between professors and students and improving the educational environment. Such efforts can contribute to providing a better learning experience within the Chinese education system.
