초록

인간의 배움 본성을 구성원 개인의 삶살이에 연결시키는 동시에 조직 차원으로 승화시키기 위해서는 지금까지 HRD를 바라보던 관점을 뛰어넘는 새로운 시각의 치유(治癒)를 위한 패러다임 정립이 필요하다. 이는 기존의 교육학을 뛰어넘는 “배움학”의 관점으로 교육 현상을 바라보고 이해하고 해석하는 작업과 그 궤를 같이 하는 일이다. 다시 말해서, 인간 본성으로서의 배움을 고려하여 그 가운데서 HRD를 다시 한번 재정의하고 자리매김하는 작업이 필요한 것이다. 근대 모던사회의 치료(治療) 중심적인 시각만으로는 포스트모던사회의 다양성과 전문성을 함양하는 일뿐만 아니라 교육의 본질인 인간의 배움 본성을 드러내는 일조차도 감당해내기가 어려울 뿐이다.

Abstract

Human Resource Development is the core essential factor for national development. In lifelong learning society, national competitiveness depends on the qualities of human resources. This study aimed to propose an alternative paradigm of HRD. That is the HRD for healing beyond the HRD as treatment. Until now, it was argued that HRD paradigms have been evolved from teaching or training to learning, so-called, functional HRD as treatment. From now on, it is necessary to take a new point of view for HRD, so to speak, HRD for healing. It is because the HRD as treatment has its own limitations to solve the workplace or corporate problems. For this, a new viewpoint, the HRD for healing, has a goal to make the enlightenments individually and the win-win environments socially. After all, a new HRD paradigm gives a good chance to come true “Erudition”, that is to say, self-directed empowerment and social learning networks for sustainable reformatting.
