배움인력개조의 구성요인에 관한 델파이 연구

이 연구는 인간이 가지고 있는 배움 본능을 인적자원개발을 통해 조직에서 실현가능하다는 것을 배움학에 기초한 배움인력개조를 통해 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 델파이 조사를 3차에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 델파이 조사를 통해 배움인력개조의 구성요인을 ‘의미생성력’, ‘의식소통력’, ‘실천력’, ‘개조력’ 등 네 가지로 확정하였으며, 해당 요인의 측정문항을 총 60개 개발하였다. 배움인력개조는 인간이 배움의 본능을 가지고 각자의 삶터와 공동체의 일터에서 깨달음과 자기성찰을 실천함으로써 개조라는 배움의 궁극적인 목적에 이르는 것으로 개념화 할 수 있다. 향후 이 연구에서 개발한 척도를 활용하여 인적자원개발에 대한 성인학습․평생교육 차원의 접근성과 활용성을 높일 수 있기를 기대한다.
Abstract
This study aimed to validate and verify the possibility such like learning instincts having in human was also available to the organization through HRD(Human Resource Development) by adopting HER(Homo Eruditio Reformatting) which was an academic area based on the science of erudition. The study was corresponded to verification through investigations, and focused on whether the scale of learning workforce formatting that was a newly established concept as a sub-discipline of the science of erudition could measure HER. Regarding to the range of HER: First, it is not limited to the HRD only. The reformatting is a work of displaying the possibility of HRD at all on-sites where learning is made. Second, HER is utilizing areas of showing possible practicality in the science of erudition. Thirdly, HER pursues co-learning of organizational dimensions. For doing the research, this study used literature analysis and delphi surveys according to research procedures.
