본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 셀프리더십, 학업자아개념과 일반자아개념, 진로정체감이 진로성숙도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는 것이었다. 이를 위하여 3개 대학을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 484부가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 본 연구의 연구모델을 통계적으로 검정하기 위한 주된 분석방법으로는 SPSS18.0을 이용하여 Cronbach's alpha 신뢰도 분석, t-test, 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석과 경로분석을 적용하였다. 통계분석 결과 다음의 연구결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 셀프리더십, 학업자아개념과 일반자아개념은 직업정체감에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 셀프리더십, 학업자아개념과 직업정체감이 진로성숙도에 미치는 효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났지만, 일반자아개념이 진로성숙도에 미치는 효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 셀프리더십은 진로성숙도에 가장 영향력 있는 변인임이 본 연구를 통해 입증되었으며, 경로분석에서 매개변인의 역할을 했던 진로정체감은 진로성숙도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 진로성숙도, 진로정체감, 진로결정효능감 등 진로 관련 변인에 대한 연구는 개인의 심리적 측면과 환경적 측면의 맥락이 모두 고려되어야 한다는 시사점이 도출되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the causal relationships among college students' self-leadership, academic self-concept, non-academic self-concept, career identity, and career maturity, The sample(N=484) was drawn from 3 universities and the collected data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 using t-test, Pearson correlation, multiple regression analysis, and path analysis. Findings of the regression analysis demonstrated the existence of a positive relationship of self leadership, academic self-concept, non-academic self-concept with career identity. In the second regression analysis in which career maturity was used as a dependent variable, self leadership was the best predictor of the dependent variable while other variables such as academic self-concept and career identity also played significant roles in predicting it. However, non-academic self-concept was not statistically significant in this study, The final analysis of this study culminated in the test of the path model proved the path from self-leadership, academic self-concept, and career identity to career maturity was statistically significant. An important finding in this causal analysis is the effect of self leadership. The mediating variable of career identity also affected career maturity directly. Results demonstrated the importance of examining career-related variables such as career identity, career maturity and career decision making efficacy in the context of individual and environmental aspects.
