본 연구는 첫째, “삶의 본능으로서의 학습” 즉 학습형인간에 대하여 학문적 접근 즉 인간학적 접근(anthropological approach)을 통해서 인간에게 생존본능으로 주어진 학습의 본질과 원리를 규명해 내고, 둘째, 본 연구의 본론으로 “학습사회의 성립조건으로서의 학습생태계와 학습노마디즘”의 면모를 파악해 본다. 우선 학습생태계에 대한 학문적 근거가 무엇인지 파악해 내기 위해서는 생태학적 연구결과와 생태학적 패러다임 속으로 들어간 인간의 생명원리와 구조를 파악해야 하며, 이를 토대로 학습생태계의 전체 구조를 이해해야 한다. 이는 학습본능과 생태원리의 관계에 대한 해석과 이해이기도 하다. 마지막으로 학습생태계의 전망으로서의 학습노마디즘이다. 오늘날 현대인들은 지식사회에 살고 있는 지식노동자로 급격하게 변모하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 우리 현대인 즉 지식유목민들이 살아남을 수 있는 조건은 학습노마디즘(Learning Nomadism)의 구현이다. 이는 학습형인간의 생존조건이기도 하다.
Abstract
This study aims at 1) finding out the essence and principle of learning as a living instinct by virtue of the anthropological approach as a scientific study on the type of learning humane, 2) understanding and grasping the features of a learning ecosystem and nomadism as a condition of the learning society, the main issue of this study. To this end, we should, first of all, understand the outputs of ecological researches and the principle and structure of human life running into the ecological paradigm in order to make sure of the scientific evidences on the ecosystem for learning and grasp the whole structure of a learning ecosystem on this foundation. This research leads to interpreting and understanding a co-relation between the instinct nature and the ecological principle of learning. At last we can see the other potential of the learning ecosystem in the learning nomadism. Today, the moderns live as knowledge workers in the suddenly change to the knowledge based society. Under this situation, a condition to make the moderns as knowledge nomads survive must be the realization of the learning nomadism. This can be a survival condition for the type of learning human as well.
