반성적 수업 분석지를 활용한 교육실습에서 중등수학예비교사의 교수행동 및 인식 변화

본 연구는 교육실습기간 동안 반성적 수업 분석지를 활용함으로써 중등수학 예비교사에게 일어나는교수행동과 인식 변화를 알아보는 것이다. 4주간의 교육실습기간 동안 수업반성을 통하여 나타나는예비교사의 변화를 크게 교수 측면과 학습 측면으로 구분하여 살펴보았고, 교수 측면의 하위영역은수학내용, 교수법, 수업평가로 구성하고, 학습 측면의 하위영역은 학습모니터링, 학습지원, 학습평가로 구성되었다. 4주간의 변화를 분석한 결과, 교수 측면의 수학내용 영역에서는 주로 학습동기와흥미유발, 학습 측면의 학습모니터링 영역에서는 학생에 대한 이해, 학습지원 영역에서는 발문과학생들의 반응에 대해서 처방의 변화가 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to assess the changes that occur to pre-service mathematicsteachers by using survey on the self-reflection during their education practices. For four weeks of the education practice period, the changes to pre-serviceteachers are analyzed from teaching and learning perspectives. The teaching perspectiveis sub-categorized into lesson contents, teaching methods, and evaluationon teaching, and the learning perspective is sub-categorized into monitoring onlearning, support for learning and evaluation on learning. The analysis shows thatsignificant changes occur in teaching contents from the teaching perspective andin all the sub-categories from the learning perspective. Based on the analysis, preserviceteachers are suggested to utilize self-reflection programs during their educationpractices to promote their professionalism in teaching.
