코다이 교수법을 적용한 체계적 음악학습이 초등학교 1학년 학생들의 음악적성, 음악 문해력, 음높이 정확도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 초등학교 1학년 학생들을 대상으로 코다이 교수법을 적용한 것이다. 준비-제시-연습의 코다이교수 과정에 기초한 프로그램을 29명의 1학년 학생들에게 세 달 동안 6개 주제, 24차시 수업으로 진행하였다. 프로그램을 진행하기 전후에 동일한 조건으로 음악적성검사(고든의 PMMA), 음악 문해력 검사(악보 그리기, 악보 읽기), 음높이 정확도 검사(SVDM)를 실시하였고, SPSS v.20에서 대응표본 t 검증과 피어슨 상관분석을 하였다. 이를 통해 코다이 교수법이 각각의 능력에 어떤 영향을 주었고, 각 검사들 간에는 어떠한 상관관계가 있는지를 알아보았다. 또한 학생들의 학습지와 음악 문해력 검사결과(악보 그리기)를 분석하여 학생들의음악 문해력이 어떻게 변화되었는지를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 학생들의 음악적성(음감)과 음악 문해력(악보 그리기)이 유의미하게 향상되었으며, 각 검사들 간의 상관분석에서는 음악적성(음감)과 음악 문해력(악보 읽기), 음악적성(음감)과 음높이 정확도가 유의미한 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 체계적인 학교 음악교육이 초등학교 1학년 학생들에게 효과가 있음을 보여주는 것이라 할 수 있다.
Abstract
This study applied the Kodaly teaching method to first grade students in elementary school. The program based on the Kodaly teaching course of preparation-presentation-practice was conducted to 29 first-year students in six topics, 24 hours a week for three months. Before and after the program, music aptitude test (Gordon's PMMA), music literacy test (drawing music, reading music), and Singing Voice Development Measure (SVDM) were conducted under the same conditions. Correlation analysis was performed. After this search, we investigated how the Kodaly teaching method influenced each ability and how there was a correlation between each test. In addition, we analyzed how the students 'musical literacy changed by analyzing the students' handouts and the results of the musical literacy test (drawing music). As a result, students' musical aptitude (tonal) and music literacy (drawing music) were significantly improved. And in the correlation analysis between each test, musical aptitude (tonal) and music literacy (reading music), music aptitude (tonal) and SVDM was significant correlations. These results show that systematic school music education is effective for first grade students.
