예술치료는 예술적 표현을 통해 마음의 상처를 치유하고 인간의 복원력을 활성화 시키는 치료 방법으로, 심리학, 예술, 의학 등 다양한 학문 영역의 지식이 융합되어 발전해 왔다. 특히 예술치료는 대인관계의 재구성과자아 신체화, 자기 표현력 증진 등 다양한 심리적 측면에서 긍정적인 효과를 나타내고 있으며, 이에 따라 다양한 환자 집단에서 예술치료가 적용되어왔다. 본 집단 예술프로그램 알코올 중독에 관한 임상 사례 연구는 집단예술프로그램의 필요성과 효과에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 집단 예술프로그램은 예술적 활동을 통해 자아 표현, 감정조절, 인간관계를 향상 시키는 효과적인 치료 방법으로 알려져있어 알코올 중독자들에게 적용 가능성이높다. 본 연구에서는 알코올 중독자를 대상으로 예술치료 프로그램이 어떤 효과를 가지고 있는지, 그 효과의 정도와 방법에 대해서 연구 하고자 한다. 예술치료가 알코올 중독자에게 어떠한 영향을 미치며 어떤 측면에서도움을 줄 수 있는지 살펴보고 이를 통해 알코올 중독자의 치료와 재활에 있어서 예술치료가 어떤 역할을 할수 있는지에 대한 이해를 높이고, 실제 임상에서 적용 가능성을 탐구하고자 한다.
Abstract
Art therapy is a therapeutic approach that utilizes artistic expression to heal emotional wounds and activate human resilience. It has evolved through the integration of knowledge from various dis- ciplines, including psychology, art, and medicine. Art therapy has shown positive effects on various psychological aspects, such as the reconstruction of interpersonal relationships, self-actualization, and enhanced self-expression. As a result, it has been applied in diverse patient populations. This clinical case study on art group programs for individuals with alcohol addiction aims to ex- plore the necessity and effectiveness of art therapy. Art group programs are known as an effective therapeutic approach that enhances self-expression, emotion regulation, and interpersonal relation- ships through artistic activities, making them highly applicable to individuals with alcohol addiction. The study intends to investigate the effects, extent, and methods of art therapy programs on in- dividuals with alcohol addiction. By examining the impact of art therapy on individuals with alcohol addiction and identifying the aspects in which it can provide assistance, the study aims to enhance understanding of the role of art therapy in the treatment and rehabilitation of individuals with alco- hol addiction. Moreover, it seeks to explore the practical clinical application of art therapy.
