초록

본 연구에서는 대학생의 아동기 정서적 외상 경험, 불안애착, 분노반추 그리고 역기능적 분노표현 간의 관계를 살펴본 뒤, 아동기 정서적 외상 경험과 역기능적 분노표현의 관계에서 불안애착과 분노반추의 이중매개효과를 확인하는 것이다.본 연구를 위해 서울 소재의 대학교에 재학 중인 학생총 485명을 대상으로 아동기 정서적 외상 경험 척도, 성인애착 척도, 분노반추 척도, 한국판 상태-특성 분노표현 척도로 구성된 질문지를 실시하였으며, 응답을 하지 않거나 두 개 이상의 응답을 한 질문지를 제외하여 총 445부의 자료를 최종 분석하였다.수집된자료들 을 분석하기 위해 SPSS 21.0을 사용한 기술통계분석, Pearson의 상관관계분석, SPSS Macro 3.4를 이용한 이중매개효과 분석을 하였으며, 매개효과 유의성 검증을 위해 부트스트래핑을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 대학생의 아동기 정서적 외상 경험, 불안애착, 분노반추와 역기능적 분노표현은 모두 서로 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한, 대학생의 아동기 정서적 외상 경험과 역기능적 분노표현과의 관계에서 불안애착과 분노반추는 순차적인 이중매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과들을 토대로 본 연구에 대한 논의와 한계점 그리고 추후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to verify the dual mediating role of the anxious attachment and anger rumination on the relationship between childhood emotional trauma experience and dysfunctional anger expression of university students. For this purpose, questionnaires were administered to a sample of 445 students who were enrolled universities in Seoul. Data analysis was conducted through reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and the simple regression analysis using SPSS Statistics 21.0. In addition, dual mediation effect analysis was performed on Hayes(2013)’ SPSS Macro, and significance test of mediation effect was performed on bootstrapping. The main findings of this study are as follows: First, childhood emotional trauma experience, anxious attachment, anger rumination and dysfunctioanl anger expression were in significant positive correlation with each other variables. Second, anxious attachment and anger rumination had dual mediation effects on the relationship between childhood emotional trauma experience and dysfunctional anger expression of university students. Based on the findings, the implication and follow-up research were discussed.
