Abstract

The orderly development of digital economy is inseparable from the effective implementation of Internet competition policy.Taking the revision of China’s anti unfair competition law as an example, the formulation of the general provisions of Article 2 of the new law and the provisions of “Internet unfair competition” is an effective response to the development of digital economy and data market. Through cnki25 years of Internet anti unfair competition law research literature, establish an analysis data set; Based on the development stage of China’s Internet, the co-occurrence net work is for med by ex tracting the publishing time of academic documents, key word retrieval frequency and Center intermediar y, which provides a visual and quantitative research framework for the improvement of data factor market and the development of Internet competition policy. It can be found that the academic research of Internet competition law has a positive correlation with the revision of Internet clauses in the anti unfair competition law and the development of Internet market economy, and also provides a visual and quantitative research framework for the revision and development of Internet clauses in China’s anti unfair competition law.
