피부 침범으로 재발한 다발성 골수종 1예

초록

현재까지 다발성 골수종에서 피부를 침범하는 경우는 전세계적으로 드물게 보고되고 있으며 국내에서는 보고된 예가 없었다. 저자들은 피부 병변으로 재발이 확인된 다발성골수종에서 구제 요법으로 thalidomide, dexamethasone의 치료를 시행하였고, 이에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Abstract

Multiple myeloma is a plasma cell disorder that constitutes 10% of all haematopoietc neoplasias. Although it is a systemic disorder affecting various organs involving bones and kidneys, skin involvement is a rare finding which has never been reported in Korea. Recently, we experienced a case of multiple myeloma recurring as a single lesion of erythematous nodular rash and herein we report this case with brief review of literatures.(Korean J Med 70:711-714, 2006)
