The purpose of this research is to consider the meaning of communication process in dance, by applying the concept from Phenomenology of Merleau-Ponty. Unlike the general language the body language in dance does not have any settled symbol system, thus it is difficult to make the consensus between the creator and audience. Therefore, by using the concept of ‘Incarnation’ and ‘Inter-Sensation’ from the Phénoménologie de la Perception, this study tried to reach the core issue arise from the communication relationship between the creator and audience. Consequently, this study drew the conclusion of ‘communication structure model of the creator-audience in dance.’
