소득수준별 노년기 부부관계 만족도 변화유형과 영향요인

초록

본 연구는 소득수준별 노년기 부부관계 만족도의 변화유형을 파악하고, 변화유형 관련 요인을 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 한국복지패널 4개년도(12차, 14차, 16차, 18차) 조사에 모두 참여한 65세 이상 유배우자 1,545명을 연구대상으로 잠재계층성장모형과 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 소득수준별 노년기 부부관계 만족도 변화유형은 빈곤층과 비빈곤층 모두 ‘고수준 증가형’,‘중수준 감소형’,‘저수준 감소형’으로 확인되었다. 소득수준별 부부관계 만족도 변화유형 영향 요인을 확인하기 위하여 다항로지스틱 회귀분석을 수행한 결과, 빈곤층의 변화궤적의 영향요인은 생활만족도, 우울, 성별, 지역으로 나타났으며 비빈곤층의 변화궤적 영향요인은 교육수준, 성별, 우울로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 노년기 부부관계의 질적 향상을 위해서는 집단 내 이질성을 중요하게 고려해야 함을 시사하였다.

Abstract

This study was conducted to identify the types of changes in marital relationship satisfaction in old age by income level and to verify factors related to the types of changes. For this purpose, a latent class growth model and multinomial logistic regression analysis were conducted on 1,545 married spouses aged 65 or older. As a result of the study, the change patterns in marital relationship satisfaction in old age by income level were confirmed as ‘high level increasing type’, ‘medium level decreasing type’, and ‘low level decreasing type’ for both poor and non-poor people. As a result of performing multinomial logistic regression analysis to identify the factors influencing the change pattern of marital relationship satisfaction by income level, the influencing factors for the change trajectory of the poor were found to be life satisfaction, depression, gender, and region, and the factors influencing the change trajectory of the non-poor group were This was confirmed by education level, gender, and depression.
