사회적 투자자가 사회적 가치를 산출하는 사회적 기업에 투자하는 경우 투자의사결정 체계는 기존의 전통적인 투자자의 의사결정체계와는 차이가 날 것이다. 본 연구에서는 사회적 투자자의 의사결정체계를 기존의 전통적 투자자의 의사결정체계를 기반으로 하여 논의한다. 수익과 위험으로 구성되는 상업적 가치와 사회적 가치를 반영하여 투자자의 최대의 효용을 창출하는 최적 포트폴리오의 선택과정을 기존의 CAPM 모형에 기반하여 제시한다. 사회적 가치가 있는 프로젝트와 없는 프로젝트가 동일한 재무적 수익률을 제시하는 경우 일반투자자는 두 프로젝트의 선호도가 같은데 비하여 사회적 투자자는 사회적 가치가 있는 프로젝트를 선택할 것이다. 기존의 CAPM 모형을 변형하여 사회적 투자자들의 투자의사결정을 위한 사회적 CAPM을 제시한다. 이러한 사회적 투자가 실제로 활성화되기 위해서는 사회적 투자자가 필요하다. 사회적 투자자 인증 제도를 통한 사회적 투자자의 육성 방안을 제시하는바, 명성효과나 세제혜택과 같은 적절한 유인책을 제공함이 필요하다.
Abstract
The process for social investor's decision making will be different from that of traditional investors. This paper suggest how the social investor can make social investment decision making based on the process of traditional investment decision making. The process of designing optimal social portfolio is suggested based on CAPM. In addition to risk and return, social value is included for the social investment decision making process. If A project and B project provide the same return but different social values, the preference of traditional investors for those two projects will be same, but the social investors' preference will be different. The new model, Social CAPM is suggested for finding out the optimal social portfolio of social investors. Social investors needs to be grwon for the social investments. Certificate system for social investors is suggested and refutation effect is expected. Tax incentive is recommended for nurturing social investors.
