제4차 산업혁명 시대로 인하여 변화된 시대를 위한 미래교육의 시행 필요성이 증가하였다. 이러한 필요성에 따라 본 연구는 미래교육과 관련된 내용 분석을 바탕으로 미래교육에 대한 개념과 미래인재에게 필요한 역량을 정립하였다. 이러한 목표를 달성하고자 본 연구는 다음과 같은 단계로 진행되었다. 첫째, 관련 선행 연구와 교육의 현황을 분석하여 미래교육의 개념을 정립하였다. 둘째, 미래 인재상 관련 선행 연구를 분석하여 미래인재 역량을 추출하고 미래인재에게 필요한 핵심 역량을 선정하였다. 셋째, 선정된 역량에 대하여 전문가 의견조사를 통해 타당도 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과물은 향후 미래교육과 미래인재 육성에 참고 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The 4th Industrial Revolution began and the need for future eduction for the advanced era increased. In accordance with this need, this study established the concept of future education and the capabilities needed for future talent based on analysis of contents related to future education. To achieve this goal, this study was conducted in the following stages: First, the concept of future education was established by analyzing the status of related prior research and education. Second, the core competences required for future human resources were selected by analyzing prior research related to future human resources. Third, the validity check was carried out through expert opinion surveys on the selected capabilities. The findings may be used as reference materials for future education and the development of future human resources.
