사회적지지, 진로자기효능감, 진로성숙도의 차이 및 영향 변인 검증 - 고등학생들의 성별과 학교유형을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 고등학생들을 대상으로 성별과 학교유형에 따라 사회적지지, 진로자기효능감, 진로성숙도에 차이가 있는지를 알아보고, 성별, 학교 유형, 사회적지지는 진로자기효능감과 진로성숙도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 등을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 1248명의 설문자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 성별에 따라서는 크게 차이가 없었으나 학교유형에서는 자율형사립고와 체육고가 진로자기효능감에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 사회적지지 역시 진로자기효능감에 영향을 주는 변인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 성별은 진로성숙도에는 영향을 미치지 않았고, 학교유형 중에는 직업 태도에 자율형사립고만 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 진로성숙도에 진로자기효능감과 사회적지지가 큰 영향을 끼친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 활용하여 고등학생들의 진로성숙도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련할 필요가 있을 것으로 사료된다.
Abstract
This study examines whether there are differences in social support, career self-efficacy, and career maturity according to gender and school type for high school students, and how gender, school type, and social support affect career self-efficacy and career maturity. For this purpose, the questionnaire data of 1248 students were analyzed. As a result, there was no significant differences based on gender, but it was found that private high school and physical education high school affect career self-efficacy in school type, and social support is also a variable that affects career self-efficacy. Gender did not affect career maturity, and it was found that only private high school had an effect on occupational attitude. It is thought that it is necessary to prepare a plan to improve the career maturity of high school students by using the results of this study.
