본 연구에서는 공립유치원의 조직문화와 교사효능감 및 행복감은 어떤 관계가 있는지를 알아보고, 유치원의 조직문화 하위요인 중에서 교사효능감 및 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인지를 알아보는 데 목적을 두었다. 공립유치원 교사 230명을 대상으로 조직문화, 교사효능감, 교사의 행복감 검사도구를 사용하여 연구를 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 공립유치원의 조직문화가 긍정적일수록 교사효능감은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 공립유치원의 조직문화 하위 요인은 수업 혁신, 평가 혁신, 수업환경 구축으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공립유치원의 조직문화가 긍정적일수록 교사 행복감은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 교사의 행복감에 영향을 미치는 공립유치원의 조직문화 하위 요인은 수업 혁신과 민주적 의사결정으로 나타났다. 따라서 공립유치원은 교사들에게 혁신적인 수업 방법을 연구하고 적용할 수 있는 기회와 함께 유치원 운영에 관한 중요한 의사결정에 참여할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 조직문화를 조성해야 할 것이다.
Abstract
In this study, we investigated the relationship between the organizational culture of kindergartens and teacher efficacy and happiness among teachers working in public kindergartens, and what factors affect teacher efficacy and happiness among the sub-factors of kindergarten organizational culture. The purpose was to see. A study was conducted targeting 230 public kindergarten teachers using the organizational culture, teacher efficacy, and teacher happiness test tools of public kindergartens. First, the research results showed that the more positive the organizational culture of a public kindergarten was, the higher teacher efficacy was. The sub-factors of public kindergarten's organizational culture that affect teacher efficacy were teaching innovation, evaluation innovation, and class environment construction. Second, it was found that the more positive the organizational culture of the public kindergarten, the higher the happiness of teachers. The sub-factors of public kindergarten's organizational culture that affect teachers' happiness were found to be teaching innovation and democratic decision-making. Therefore, public kindergartens should create an organizational culture that provides teachers with opportunities to research and apply innovative teaching methods, as well as opportunities to participate in important decisions regarding kindergarten operation.
