본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 사회적기업의 학문적 연구의 동향과 연구의 중점개념, 연구방법론, 저자의 경향을 파악하기 위해 주제어 네트워크 분석을 활용하였다. 연구대상은 ’08~’20년 사이 발표된 ‘사회적기업연구’ 학술지에 게재된 145편을 선정하였으며, 본 연구는 Textom 서비스를 활용하여 전처리 하여 주제어113개의 주제어를 추출하였으며, 또한 키워드 네트워크 분석지표인 연결중심성, 근접중심성, 매개중심성을분석하여 사회적기업에 대한 연구의 과거와 현재를 진단분석하여 향후 사회적기업에 대한 바람직한 연구방향을 제안하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 저자분석과 연구방법론에 대한 분석을 실시하여 주요 연구자 동향과주요 사용된 연구방법론 동향을 살펴보았다. 최근에 사회적기업에 대한 연구가 많은 주목을 받고 있는 상황이지만 사회적기업에 대한 연구동향에 대해서는 많이 분석되지 않았다는 점과 사회적기업에 관한 전문학술지의 심층적인 연구동향이 분석되지 않았다는 점을 고려해 볼 때, 사회적기업에 대한 연구의 현재 상황을 파악할 수 있는 개념적 기준점을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 향후 사회적기업연구에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다고 판단된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to use the keyword network analysis to understand the trends in the academic research of social enterprises in Korea, the key concepts of the research, the research methodology, and the tendency of the authors. The subjects of the study were 145 articles published in the 'Social Enterprise Studies' journal published between 2008 and 2020, and in this study, 113 keywords were extracted by preprocessing using the Textom service. Also, keyword network analysis index By analyzing human connection centrality, proximity centrality, and mediation centrality, the past and present of research on social enterprises were diagnosed, and future research directions were suggested by predicting the future. In addition, in this study, author analysis and research methodologies were analyzed to examine the trends of major researchers and major research methodologies used. Considering the fact that research trends on social enterprises have not been analyzed much and in-depth research trends in specialized academic journals on social enterprises have not been analyzed in a situation where research on social enterprises has been receiving a lot of attention in recent years. However, it is judged that the study is meaningful in that it not only provides a conceptual reference point for understanding the current status of research on social enterprises, but also suggests implications for future research on social enterprises.
