본 연구는 웹 라이팅, 테크니컬 라이팅의 선행연구를 고찰하여 수집한 ‘디지털 환경에 적용 가능한 6개의 GUI 작성 원칙’이 GUI 텍스트에 적용되었을 때 어포던스에 미치는 영향과 고려사항을 심층 인터뷰를 통해 알아보았다.‘어포던스’란 사용자의 지식 및 경험이 사물에 의존하여 단서를 제공받는 성질이며, ‘웹 라이팅’ 및 ‘테크니컬 라이팅’이란 복잡한 내용을 사용자가 이해를 돕는 작성 기법을 뜻하며, 심층 인터뷰 결과는 다음과 같다. ‘요약된 간결한 문장 사용’은 행동에 따른 결과를 되돌릴 수 없을 때 의사를 되묻는 작업, 과도한 요약은 불친절한 안내가 될 수 있음을 유의해야 한다는 의견이 있었다. ‘보편적 단어 사용’은 타깃의 연령층, 지식수준 등과 서비스의 분위기를 고려하여 단어를 선택해야 한다는 의견이 수집되었다. ‘일관된 표현, 용어 사용’은 기능을 대표할 수 있는 표현 및 용어를 선택해야 한다는 의견이 파악되었다. ‘사용자 중심 서술 시점 유지’는 특정 상황에서는 주체, 시제, 인칭의 변화가 필요하다는 의견이 있었다. ‘시각적 요소 활용’은 텍스트의 내용을 정확히 대변할 수 있는 시각적 요소를 활용해야 한다는 의견이 수집 되었다. 마지막으로 ‘필요한 정보 반드시 기재’는 고의적 정보 누락 시 신뢰도와 이미지가 하락할 수 있음을 인지해야 한다는 의견이 파악되었다.
Abstract
This study examined the impact and considerations of the application when 'six principles of writing GUI applicable to digital environments' were applied to GUI text, which were collected by considering the prior study of web Writing and technical writing. 'Affordance' refers to the nature of the user's knowledge and experience dependent on the object to provide clues, and 'web writing' and 'technical writing' mean writing techniques that help the user understand complex content, and the results of in-depth interviews are as follows. It was suggested that it should be noted that "use summary concise sentences" can be an unfriendly guide to re-questioning the physician when the results of the action cannot be reversed. It was agreed that 'universal use of words' should be chosen considering the target's age group, knowledge level, and the service atmosphere. It was understood that 'consistent wording, use of terminology' should be chosen to represent the function. There was a view that 'maintaining usercentered narrative points' required changes in subject matter, tense and persona in certain circumstances. It was noted that 'use of visual elements' should utilize visual elements that can represent the content of the text accurately. Finally, it was understood that 'must fill out necessary information' should be aware that the deliberate omission of information could lead to a decrease in reliability and image.
